1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 36jili and any individual who accesses or uses the platform, whether through the website at https://36jili.app, the 36jili mobile application, or any other channel through which 36jili services are made available.

By completing the registration process and creating a 36jili account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the 36jili platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 36jili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 36jili.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at 36jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Real-money gaming is restricted to adults aged 21 and above in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 36jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 36jili or by any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features at 36jili, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 36jili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 36jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 36jili customer support immediately via the live chat function available on the platform.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at 36jili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 36jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to withhold any balances or pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

36jili operates a Know Your Customer process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 36jili may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

36jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 36jili account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at the discretion of 36jili. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 36jili are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times.

36jili reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 36jili reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the cashier section of the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

36jili may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 36jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 36jili platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 36jili will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. 36jili's decision in such matters is final.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules and paytable information are accessible within each game interface on the 36jili platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 36jili platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 36jili staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 36jili platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 36jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 36jili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 36jili platform without the prior written consent of 36jili.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 36jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

36jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

In all cases, 36jili's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

36jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11. Responsible Gaming
